Beta Program Agreement

This Beta Program Agreement (“Beta Agreement”) supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when you participate in the Peppo closed beta. By accepting access, you agree to this Beta Agreement. Questions: info@peppo.app.
Pre-release software
Peppo beta is pre-release software. It may contain errors, lose data, or change without notice. You use the beta at your own risk and should maintain independent backups of important files. We provide no uptime guarantee, production SLA, or warranty during beta.
Free beta access
Beta access is currently provided at no charge. We may grant complimentary storage or features that differ from published pricing tiers. Pricing and limits may change before general availability. We will provide reasonable notice before charging for the service.
Your intellectual property
You retain all ownership of 3D models and content you upload. Peppo does not claim ownership of your work and does not use your project content to train AI models. We process your content only to provide the service (hosting, rendering, conversion, sharing).
Feedback
We welcome bug reports, suggestions, and usability feedback. You grant Peppo a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use feedback you provide for any purpose, including improving the product, without obligation or compensation to you.
Confidentiality
Unreleased features, UI, and roadmap details shared during beta are confidential. Do not publish screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of unreleased functionality without our prior written consent. You may share your own project review links with clients and collaborators as part of normal product use.
Termination
You may stop using the beta at any time. We may suspend or end your beta access at our discretion, including for inactivity, abuse, or program conclusion. Upon termination, export any content you need; we may delete beta data after reasonable notice.
